Did you know May 20th is a significant date in aviation history? Not alone is it the date when Charles Lindbergh embarked on the first successful transatlantic flight from New York to Paris, it also marks the date Amelia Earhart achieved the first successful solo transatlantic flight by a woman. She left New York and landed in Derry, Northern Ireland.
